I found the questionnaire on felixforyou.ca easy to get through, and it didn’t take a ridiculous amount of time or anything. Most of the questions were clear, though a couple felt a bit repetitive. Overall, it made sense and I liked that it was simple and straightforward. I’d only take off one star because some of the wording could be a little easier to understand.

"Canceling was painless"
I only used Felix for a short while, but canceling wasn’t as annoying as I expected, since I was able to find the option myself without having to call anyone or sit around waiting for support, although it did take me a few minutes of clicking around the account page before I figured out where everything was, so overall it was fine, not amazing, not terrible, just kind of okay.

"Pretty private, but the info could be easier to find"
I tried using felixforyou.ca, i didn’t run into any major privacy concerns. The site felt private enough while I was using it, which was reassuring. That said, I did have to poke around a bit to find some of the confidentiality details, and they weren’t explained as clearly as I would’ve liked. It would be nice if they made that info more straightforward and easier to understand.

"Online consult was frustrating"
I had a hard time with the online consultation. The pages were slow, and some of the questions were—actually, a lot of them were kind of confusing. I ended up having to redo parts, which got annoying quickly. I thought it would be simple, but it really wasn’t. Not the best first experience.

"Felt Safe and Easy to Use"
I tried Felix for a health issue I felt a bit awkward bringing up in person, and it made the whole process feel a lot easier. The doctor’s response was clear, respectful, and didn’t feel pushy at all, which really helped me feel like I could trust the advice I was getting. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the messaging was a little slow one day. Other than that, it felt safe, legit, and straightforward, and I appreciated that everything was explained in normal, easy-to-understand language.

I was kinda surprised that Felix actually had my medication available when my local pharmacy kept telling me it was on back order. Signing up was easy, and I could see my options clearly enough without feeling confused.
The order went through without much hassle and arrived when it was supposed to. It was kinda helpful not having to call around to a bunch of different pharmacies

"Support came through, but way too late"
I did eventually get the issue fixed, but it took way longer than it should have. I felt pressured the whole time because I needed things working and kept waiting on support to respond. By the time they finally sorted it out, I was already really frustrated

"Refund was easier than I expected"
I ended up asking for a refund after getting charged for something I didn’t actually use. I wasn’t totally sure if it was going to be a whole thing, but support got back to me quickly and handled it without making it awkward. The money showed up again a few days later, so I guess it all worked out fairly. No real complaints from me

I gave felixforyou a try mostly because the prices seemed reasonable, it was better than I expected. These kinds of online services always feel like they’re going to hit you with some random fee at the end, but everything was actually clear before I paid. For what I needed, it ended up being cheaper than running around trying to book things in person, which is usually such a hassle anyway. I’m not saying it’s perfect or anything, but for the cost, it felt fair. If the pricing stays like this, I’d probably use it again...

"Okay overall, but the tracking was questionable"
My order arrived without any issues, but the tracking was unreliable. It sat on the same update for a few days and then suddenly switched to out for delivery, so I had no real idea when it was coming. Not the end of the world, but it did make me question how solid their shipping process is. Service was fine overall, I just wish the tracking felt more dependable.

"Total waste of my time"
