"I called to see when they would ship as…"
I called to see when they would ship as my card was charged days before and it was shipped that day, I have been very happy with Felix this passed year.

"Updated review: Cleared up unclear communication about shipping"
Updated review -- I gave 3 stars originally as when I logged into my account it was saying that the expected delivery was as late as January 10, one month from my consult. Turns out that was the refill date, and I can expect shipment only a week after the consult. Other than not being clear about that, Felix is affordable and efficient and I recommend it!

"No Communication"
Last Update: I got it wrong. My next refill is Feb 25, the current refill is being worked on and will be shipped in a day or 2. Madison from customer support is amazing, professional, and very quick with the responses. Final change to rating. 4 stars for acknowledgement of their error and quick action to fix it.

Update 3: payment has been taken and delivery date has been updated to February 25. Still not soon enough, but we're getting there. And communication has definitely made things easier. Waiting on a response to my request to push the delivery date to sooner, hoping to get my next shipment before I run out of what I've got. Added star.

Update 2: Got an email from them. My order is being sorted out now. The email itself was very apologetic and professional. Star added for the quick response and professional email.

Update: they requested my details, and I sent them over. Just waiting for a reply. Will update when I get a response.

I started trying to contact them last Monday about my medication. I got approved for refills on my birth control in October 2022, and didn't notice my file says next refill ships October 2023.

I'm down to my last few weeks, so I checked when the next delivery would be. When I noticed the discrepancy, I took screenshots clearly showing the problem, and emailed them to get it sorted.

I've still not received a reply or any clarification, and everytime I go to use the websites message system instead of email it say they'll be online again tomorrow.

This is a waste of time and money.

"Great except for communication and delivery"
...UPDATE!!! I have been contacted now just waiting to see what happens next..

My order was excepted my payment was processed then no contact after that. This would be five stars but the lack of communication troubles me. I emailed customer service and got a automated reply saying they will get back to me in 3 to 5 buisness days....not impressed

"Friendly people and fast shipping"
My local pharmacy decided to stop carrying my birth control (Lolo) a few years ago and decided to switch my prescription, that's when the problems started and I was unable to find a method that worked without horrendous side effects. When I started to use Felix to refill my prescription I had no idea they had Lolo until I was checking their pill options and immediately made an appointment to switch back. The process was relatively quick, from appointment to shipping confirmation in about 4 days and it should be at my address soon. Overall a pretty good experience :)

"Shipping still not improved"
It is amazing that almost every review has issues with the shipping of product after the prescription has been approved and money taken, and yet Felix has done nothing to improve it, and I am experiencing the exact same thing. ???????

"THANKS TO TRUSTPILOT!!!!! 2 DAYS AFTER POSTING HERE I RECEIVED PACKAGE"
had my visit November 11 2022 still have not received my shipment . Been 6 days since my payment was processed and the prescription still waiting to be shipped.
My prescription has been paid for and sitting waiting to be shipped for almost a week and to message them you get the generic oh we are sorry orders are normally filled in 2 business days But based on these reviews its clearly not the case. It’s false advertising.
At this point you have my money but I don’t have the product I purchased which is starting to make me question is this a scam?

I have sent numerous emails to them. Last reply was from agent name Gleb, who said that they have reached out to the pharmacy to find out what is going on. Felix does not know where my prescription is and cannot give me a ship date. But they charged my credit card 7 days ago ..

UPDATE
Two (2) days after posting here on TRUSTPILOT Felix shipped and I received their package today. Because of this review board Felix took action and the reason for the change in rating . Thank you TRUSTPILOT !!

"I have been trying to cancel my prescription"
I have been trying to cancel my prescription for a couple of days now because I was able to see my doctor. I have contacted them on 3 separate occasions and have not heard anything back. The customer service is horrible. They were able to almost fulfill every step but were incapable to check their emails and live chat features. Because that makes sense.

"super disappointed so far"
wow i really should have read the reviews here before using the service because the exact same thing is happening to me at the moment. i ordered a prescription on october 25 and i’m still waiting for a shipping notification. i’m also very unclear on the actual timeline, because it seemed to change with every step i took in the treatment process to be longer and longer. first it said within 48 hours, then within 3-5 business days, and now it’s still saying 3-5 business days even though they have surpassed the initial 3-5 business day estimate. my prescription is literally just tretinoin for cosmetic use so it’s not like it’s super urgent but i’m just extremely irritated because i could have gone to a walk-in clinic 5 minutes away from me and gotten it the same day. i messaged the support so i will update this review if necessary but at this point i just want to cancel. don’t use this service if you have other options.

"Needs better communication but resolved issue"
Updated. Shortly after posting the original review I did hear back from their customer support and was than informed that they where actually waiting on the medication them self and it had just arrived and my order should be shipped later today and I have also now received the email confirmation of the delivery of it so I am happy to see that and I will see what happens on future orders and if things get better I will gladly update but for now I’m content with knowing it has shipped just wish there had been some sort of contact earlier to make me aware so I didn’t write a bad review.

"Slow service and still haven't received order"
My prescribed medication has been in the "pharmacy being prepared slot for days." It's impossible to receive an answer. I would not recommend this route for online meds.

"Convenient service, but has issues with arriving on time"
Home delivery service is super convenient
However, Prescriptions can be late
i have been waiting over 2 weeks for my Finasteride.

Their online chat responds in like 1 day.

Doctor says Finasteride loses its effectiveness if not taken everyday.

Overall, it’s a good service, but not if you’re medication is time sensitive.

"Would never recommend"
Every three months when I’m suppose to get my medication is always an issue. At this point i've been waiting three weeks for a medication that I need urgently and it’s impossible to speak with anyone through their “Live Chat” which you don’t get a response for at least 48 hours. I thought this would be a more convenient option for me as its harder for me to make a doctors appointment every month to get my medication. Im super unsatisfied with the service i’ve had from this company. Also since I joined about a year ago they pharmacy has been backed up which I don't understand how they could be backed up for a year now. They need to make communications easier for their customers.

"Below average delivery times. Avoid if speed is important."
Edit: Shipping is going to be faster than I first thought and customer service has been really responsive. Raised review to 4 stars.

I went through Felix for skincare products. Process was relatively smooth and painless but like others have mentioned it’s very slow. Took 4 business days to ship. Then the prescription must have been shipped with Canada post’s slowest shipping option as the estimated delivery is another 6 business days.

Assuming I do get the prescription on time it will be 2 full weeks. Not terrible but pretty slow for this day and age. There are other options online that (aren’t perfect either) but will be much faster and in some many cheaper (or at least not charge for the consultation if you have provincial coverage)
